@darealestn09 yeah but they had orignally planned too release it by 97-98. left eye also said in a interviw that blaque was too release their album by the third quarter of '97, but hey you only can do so much at once! and sometimes when it takes longer too make a album, the better the out come is.. you know?

@ZayyRoxstr I agree completely...I wish alot of artists out nowadays took THIS approach, to have good quality music instead of just workin with the "now" producers and releasin low quality albums every year with only 2 or 3 good/ok songs on them... I can play any TLC album from beginning to end without skipping a song....well except for "Dirty Dirty" on 3D...but u get the point. lol.
