This is Sarah McLachlan, on her album "Wintersong." It's probably her on the guitar too, but I'm not sure.

i sung this song (in a different arrangement) at a choir concert...that last line "give Him my heart" was just so powerful for me. It's saying...I have nothing, but to give Him my heart...and that means so much
