A similar thing happened to my Lavi this year but the rip was along the outside of the pants. I offered him my white jeans, but he didn't want to "walk around in women's clothing." So I sewed his pants back together, but I stabbed him with the needle a couple of times because he kept fidgeting. xD I feel bad for your Lavi as well. x3
