I don't think that it's fair for you to compare a drug addiction to having Wiccan beliefs. The point she's making is that she wants to be respected as a human being whether or not she will be accepted into heaven (by your definition). Christians need to learn to respect people, not just souls.

She was comparing her own problems with eating to a drug addiction and just saying that people should judge people who have problems. After that, she went back onto the topic of religion. I think that rainygirl7 obviously really does have a lot of respect for other people.

i think your advice is good people of all religions. and part of it would be good for athiest like me to remember too. it's not a good idea to weigh unfair judgments against others. the labels and prejudices we have have a place, but shouldn't rule over our acceptence.
Christians, as well as all Believers in the Bible should comprehend what the Bible states, which is Men look to the outer man, only God sees the heart (intentions); as well ultimate judgement is left to the One who is worthy. It also says "All have sinned, and fall short" of the impuned righteousness that is ours through Christ alone. Good points, and it should help believers to see their actions in the light of your perspective. Good job!

Christians aren't perfect. I'm sure u know that. I say that because u said "they don't always live what they believe". We are all guilty of judging people in some way.
People often say i can't be a Christian because i struggle with drug addictions, depression, anxiety etc. And yes only God truly knows our heart.
oh yeah i know that. haaaa actually were never perfect. yeah we all do that in some way but i was speaking of the people that constantly judge. I sure say i would never say you aren't a christian just because you struggle with addictions!

So many religions say "because you don't beleive what we beleive you're going to hell" when really if you have a true relationship with god, you will be ok. As well as just because someone has an addiction dosen't mean that they don't know god.
Just curious, when you say if you have a true relationship with God you will be ok. Firstly what is your definition of a true relationship with God and secondly what do you base this statement on. I am not trying to be argumentatiI ve (arguments are just counter productive) I am not going to criticize your reply or try to shove my opinions on the subject down your throat, I am truly intestersted in the opinion you expressed and your reasoning behind it.
