i have a 5 day schedule that goes chest back arms legs core and then weekends i do whatever i feel like. everyday i do roughly 100mins lifting and then 20 mins running

I see 2 plates being 100lbs each... 2 plates being 45 lbs each, and a 25 lbs plate.... multiply by 2, and add 45lbs cause of bar... you get 375 lbs, but Im pretty sure there is some extra smaller plates but something is in the way so I can't see it well...

a mixed grip stabilizes the weight, lets you hold more
try it out, if you get used to it, it will make a HUGE difference
