Here's the facts: California made a "choice" in 2000 by voting to define marriage as the Union of one man and one woman. 4,618,673 Californians voted to pass Prop. 22 with a 61% landslide that carried 52 of the 58 counties in this state. Eight years later, 4 arrogant judges threw out those 4.6 million votes. We'd like those willful judges and liberals to be more "accepting" of democracy. The judges were NOT doing their jobs according to the U.S. Constitution, in terms of upholding the democratic process of Prop 22 in 2000. They have limitations. Read it yourself. So, if the judges can overturn a landslide vote because they have a liberal agenda, agreeing with the minority, then why even bother voting? If a judge decides next week abortion is illegal and you have to pray in school, are you willing to agree with their decision? I doubt it. I'm assuming u r against those things.

Perhaps I misunderstand you, joliat, but this is not about discrimination. The reality is now, that you HAVE to agree that same sex marriage is normal. In fact, they are going further in inferring that it is special. Your kids will have to be taught that it is normal.
