thomson did the same to us, we booked a villa for 2 weeks, holiday from hell with the building work next door, thomson did not care, they have your money then you are shit to them
this wasnt next door this was our pool area .we had drilling from 8am to 6pm every day new windows were being fitted in fact the whole hotel was under renovation and the hotel should have been shut. Our holiday was completely ruined. And we couldn’t get a refund off Thomson they did not inform us of this work and to add insult after showing them all the pictures and video evidence they had a cheek to say it was only minor work big companies can get away with this injustice and they know it
