Depending where you live at, property can be extremely expensive for a one level home in a nice suburban area. Look at newer residential areas around Los Angeles for example. Also, not everyone who makes or has a lot of money feel the need to overly splurge on everything they own. This younger looking guy could be single and not need or want more than that size of home, yet still is a total car nut. and would rather put that money towards his Ferrari hobby. he's got the right idea!

It's funny, more people comment on the music than the oil. The PU Marketing Monkeys might have done TOO good a job! That said, I doubt even The Cars can sell this oil at $8.50+ a quart. Even Grease Monkeys with Dipsticks didn't do much for Castrol's similarly priced 'Edge.'
