We find out a band's rehearsing for a reception ceremony for Rufus later on. Our group elects to sneak into the city complex via a nearby tower, but the girl Cloud saved says there's an intense high voltage current running through it.

Naturally, the group elects CLOUD to take on the mission. DX

Made it! At the top of the tower, we get our first glimpse at an airship...

So THIS is what the city proper looks like...and the parade starts!

And while that's going on, you have FULL ACCESS to the ENTIRE city! XD Only problem left is getting rid of the guard at the only entrance so the other can enter...looks you you HAVE to march in the parade...
