  • Hahahahaha, is this Porcupine Tree or Cannibal Corpse? xD Lookat that HAIR

  • this song was created as failed attemt to cover Hallogallo by NEU

  • i wish i was born 15 years earlier from the year '90

  • I want a live DVD of PTs old stuff

  • Dang Wilson is such underrated guitarist

  • Great steve!

  • From what I understand Chris had a job as a music teatcher and didn't want to leave it as the band grew bigger and started to play a lot more live dates.

  • wow, cool. Never seen stuff this old from them

  • lol damm this old school right here, does any one know why chris maitland isnt with the band, i always wonder? I perfer gavin tho over any drummer, he's a fuckin machine!

  • @PuReNiRvANA1 From what I heard in an interview to Richard Barbieri, apparently Chris left by his own (I don't know the reason). So, Richard suggested Gavin Harrison to the rest of the band (Gavin worked with Richard and Tim Bowness before). Now, if I would know WHY Maitland left...

  • @andrw85 hey thanks for the information, i really appricate that man, thats interesting! Richard and the rest of the band could not have made a better choice! I LOVE porcupine tree more than any other music! But yeah it will always drive me crazy until i finally find out why chris would leave such a amazing movement like this? cheers!

  • this song is essentially their take on Neu!'s Hallogallo, check out the original jam on the 'Insignificance' tape.

thanks to lantisalvein for these incredible uploads :)

  • It's so weird to see Steve with a Stratocaster, and is he playing a Vox amp? And that hair! Geez!

  • damn good!!!!

  • THE BEST !!!

  • What a pleasure to see Chris on the drums !

  • nice... sounds like jazz fusion influence ~ 2:00. I want to hear more of their early stuff.

  • Colin is the smoothest bassist I've ever seen!

  • This is probably their first song to hint at the metal side that would come in the future.

  • I would say Dislocated Day.

  • REALLY cool -- this has to be about the oldest footage of PT out there. And they're playing the extended version of "Signify." You win the interwebs!

  • anyone notice that steven wilson never seems to age? he looks the exact fucking same....lol

  • That's because he's just fucking awesome like that. :P

  • perhaps he drank from the same fountain of youth that john myung did????

  • @19Labrie63 lolololol thats funny

  • Chris Maitland is a legend too

  • What's under Colin's hat? Porcupine hair?

  • 1:42

Colin still has that same damn hat. Lol

  • can't believe he had such long hair... funny,,, but now he looks perfect. Actually I don't much care how he looks, I love him for what and who he is.

  • Not me.

I only like Porcupine Tree because of Steve Wilson's hair.

  • LOLOLOLOLOL i gotta admit that hair is fucking sick i love it. But if u werent joking about that as the only reason then ur stupid
