He will go down as one of the all-time greats. I'm sorry you losers don't like a coach who is 100% committed to being the best. His teams speak for themselves on the field and all his players love him and say he's a fun guy to be around. He has a top 3 recruiting class every year so players must like him.

@locashnc0--Oh, I see....there are "degrees" of loses. Leading the game into the fourth quarter isn't an "ass kicking," it just means a team was "outplayed."  Thanks for enlightening me. I will try and use the correct terminology from now on.

@whosurdaddy--Not mad. If you're happy winning the ACC and going to (or losing) in the Orange Bowl that's great. But, if that's also the team's attitude, I think Florida State is going to take your lunch(box). It'll be fun to watch though!

@AUBFANWDE I'd rather run a clean program that doesn't cheat its way to the top (most of sec, miami, unc) which is also consistent than worry how long the crystal ball is going to stay in our possession because of potential sanctions. W/o cheat/cam newton, Auburn was just like everyone else.

@Ryan--I look forward to the re-match in Atlanta in 2013. I'm not confident that the result will be any different. If VPI fans like the entrance I think that's great. All I'm saying is I don't see anything special about it. As for the "chills" it can inspire at Lane Stadium, what does that band box seat, like 60K? How chilling could it be watching a three loss team enter the field to musical relic? I guess it's an acquired taste.

@Dauntless12 Last time I checked Lane was louder than Alabama's stadium on Thursday nights. What's a band box? Sure you can brag that we got beat in the 4th quarter, but calling it getting our ass kicked just make you sound like a dumbass that gets so into college football that you have nothing better to do then go on VT vids and start arguments. Alabama might have a great football program, but some of the most retarded people I know go to Alabama. I take it that you were one of those.

However, referring to any person or group by "the R word" is really hurtful and shows a lack of respect for many innocent people who struggle with mental handicaps and/or learning disabilities.  I'm assuming you're ignorant of that fact or you wouldn't have used the term. A "bandbox" is slang for a small stadium (i.e. Lane). Good luck Saturday!

@Dauntless12 Your right, I got done with my AP USH paper so I relaxed for 20 minutes and looked at VT videos before I left for Blacksburg the next day. I don't lack respect what-so-ever for people with mental handicaps, I lack respect for people like you who start shit then when someone calls you out and makes you look dumb, you act like the victim of the matter. Like I already said, we may be small, but still louder than most stadiums with 10K more fans in them.

@Murray13j I missed where you called me out. My point was you used a very offensive word. Maybe you didn't know any better, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I've never been to Lane, so I don't know how loud it can get. Have you ever been to Florida Field? How about Tiger Stadium? They're the loudest stadia I've visited. Maybe Lane can create more noise with 30K fewer fans, I'm not sure. How loud was it Saturday? That was a tough loss. Maybe they should play "Exit Sandman."
