Wow. Listening to the sheer beauty of this song and pure talent that is Adele's voice... then I notice the advert I currently have round the video for Nicki Minaj's new song, "Stupid Hoe". What a contrast. Right now that song and picture of NM doing her trademark "look at me I can do surprised eyes" just represents everything shallow, vain and frankly insulting about popular culture today. It's so sad that she is a role model for millions. "Watch now" it says - no thanks, I'll stick with Adele.

Wow. Listening to the sheer beauty of this song and pure talent that is Adele's voice... then I notice the advert I currently have round the video for Nicki Minaj's new song, "Stupid Hoe". What a contrast. Right now that song and picture of NM doing her trademark "look at me I can do surprised eyes" just represents everything shallow, vain and frankly insulting about popular culture today. It's so sad that she is a role model for millions. "Watch now" it says - no thanks, I'll stick with Adele.
