You dont see speed limit signs cos limitations depend on the vehicle here not the road, like a car can go 77kmh while a truck can only do 55 on the same road. You see speed limit signs if you are getting close to public places, schools hospitals etc. You can get a bike license at 17,car at 18. Gearwise it depends on the person not the country, most cruiser riders in US dont wear gear either.
Well, my little sister can legally ride my Dads scooter and she is only 10. We have been told by the local Jandarma that you can legally ride a scooter at 7 and drive a car from 9. The gear does depend on the country, obviously because you have to wear a helmet in England and you are supposed to wear them in Turkey but if you get caught its only a fine. Thanks for the comment anyway even if you are a little uninformed.
I worked at a motor vehicle license course for 2 years and i am the one uninformed? lol i know the rules pretty well, A1 (scooter) and A2 (motocycle) licenses require 17years of age. That Jandarma dude doesnt have a clue what he is talking about. Does it even make sense a 9yo driving a car in the traffic.. please lol. Anyway peace.
The local Jandarma told me about the legal driving ages, I dont see why he would lie to me. Maybe he thought I was 9 years old and that I wanted to ride a scooter without a lid on? Anyway, it made the video much more interesting. Even if the local plod did misinform me.
You mentioned that it depends on the person not the country as to whether the correct attire should be worn. Again your acquired knowledge whilst working at a motor vehicle license course for 2 years has let you down. Most countries have made it law that you wear a lid whilst riding a motorbike. So when you worked for these two years at a motor license course did you manage to fail the course or didnt you have the capacity to the finish the course?
