@HuntFishTrap128 the biggest you can get with a elk is an eight point 450, other than that is an spider bull wich can get to 13 points or more on each side, but its between rare and common, more toward the rare side of the scale

Im pretty sure it fell through the ice because this lake/pond has underground springs so the ice doesnt freeze over all that well, but there is a possiblity that it was shot but there is no open season for Elk in Ontario so this find was definitly a good one, And I couldnt let such a magnificent animal go to waste.
