Double wow! I'm just blown away. You remind me of the women I used to work beside in a shop in the Highlands (of Scotland) who used to knit Fair Isle, Aran and Lopi sweaters as they walked around the shop. I never could understand how a person can just remember a whole development of a pattern like that - and I still can't. What a gift you have!

Are there any tablet weaving workshops? I have made a set of 20 copper 4 hole cards and i have woven however my paterns seem to drift and i lose track of how many turns i have made, I just now found this resource and I am incredibly delighted, I see the helpfulness of weaving on a board. I have more to learn.

yes - all my tablets are paintet at the 2 opposite sites, red and black, the method from Egon Hansen, but it helps no matter which techniq I am weaving, at this brocadewaving it helps me to se, that all the tablets have been turnet. At the other 2 techniques I have shown in videos it tells me very quickly, that I have turned the tablets right, and I can se where I am at the pattern.
