They might have eventually fallen off in any year and declined, but when dynasty teams reached the biggest stage in the past, they always won.
The Packers of the '60s won theirs. The Steelers of the '70s won theirs. The 49ers of the '80s and '90s won theirs and so did the Cowboys of the '90s. Usually big.
The Patriots of this decade were supposed to surpass all those with the single greatest season of all time.
