  • god damn it he is canadian as fuck

  • I WISH IT HIT YOU

  • CHUCK NORRIS Y U MOVE

  • you can purchase this and other DVDs with better quality picture from "arbor scientfic" or "Mandmvideos"

  • is there ant better quality version of this video!!!!???

  • My college physics professor did this very same experiment in class. I was so pissed when the ball did not come back and smash his fucking face. That first physics class was the hardest course ever I took in college, and there were plenty of hard classes as an engineering major.

  • siple and clear..

  • Looking after your teeth, keeping em nice n clean???? well it wont mater if i fucking smash the fuckerz in with this ball will it ha ha ha ha haha!!!!

  • i hate potential energy

  • @MAFZ1200 I love kinetic energy

  • Like he said at the end, if you give the ball a push it will hit you in the face if you don't get out of it's way. The three stooges learned that the hard way. Remember?

  • Hahaha "You better move your head" I don't know why that line always gets me XD classic Hewitt

  • or just don't hang a F***ing bowling ball on a robe...

  • love this man

  • press 7 for dramatic physics teacher

  • Thats a closed system. Very predictable, neither created or destroyed. Try an open system though, dont think it would hurt his chin much though.

  • Better move your head. /nice.

  • Does perpetual machine exist? sure it does or else we won't exist, ladies and gentleman! We just doesn't know how to build one yet!

We are still simpletons, or most of you. Don't listen, investigate and dream!

  • @UnitedPebbles you are not trying to lead us to some biblical bullshlt, are you

  • don't listen to this guy! He doesn't know what he talked about or is fooling you.

It is an observation, this conservatorium, issued by the Catholic church to fool the mass.

Ever heard of cascading or the butterfly effect or domino effect?

  • imagine if he pushed the bowling ball, but was so busy talking to us he forgot to dodge XD

  • lolololol I was waiting for the bowling ball to knock his teeth out the second time when he gave it a push

  • This guy rules...yeh? Nah totally...yeh? I love his little 'yeh'

  • for your health!

  • Fuck yeah science.

  • fake

  • silly canadian eh

  • that's what happens when you throw bowling balls at chuck norris

  • i was hoping that he wasn't going to move his head

  • lol, when he said you better move ur head, that jast made me laugh

  • This is easily the best example I've seen. Badass dude, thanks alot!

  • SO FUCKING SIMPLE

    THNAK YOU!!!

  • my effin' teeth are killing me

  • i don't think i understood the last part where u gave it a push......can you post another video up where you get smashed in the face? thanks

  • I don't trust the universe as much as he does apparently...

  • that...seems preetty logical...

  • @viliussmproductions yea that's why all those people living before isaac newton knew about that right? they would have jumped the fuck out of the way, as would have I until learning about this concept.

  • @TheBlackSky000 ... Dude i was joking...if he stayed there it would have been quite funny to see the ball hitting his face. I hope this was clear. (thanks anyway for bothering to explain) :)

  • This guy has 'tude.

  • I don't understand...can you do again the last part without moving away?

  • @bowlingfor1 ... He moves his head because in the last part he pushes the ball with his hands and didn't release it , So, the ball got more energy and this is why when the ball returns to him it with a higher level than the level it left because the push gave the ball more energy than the potential energy it has. Hope this was clear.

  • Chuck Norris' teeth would smash the ball.

  • actually, the ball didn't smash his face because he's so fabulous!

  • the guy reminds me of one of the guys from human target

  • He is somehow comedian.......Thanks for the post

  • The real Chuck Norris wouldn't dodge the ball, the ball would dodge him!

  • cool

  • gibberish

  • @erictsaful Gibberish if you are an idiot.

  • Let 's give some of that additional energy to peace

  • everyones on this guys cock lol

  • This guy explains so well

  • Push the ball hard and DON'T move your head!

  • Only did half the experiment, for it to be valid he should have stood still and demonstrated the result of that additional energy, then he could have called this How to exchange your head for a bowling ball...! Only Joking....Nice one...!

  • THANK YOU!

  • its a good technique the way he often puts himself or his job on the line for the outcome of an experiment. for instance he promices the whole class a's if the experiment dont go how he says, or puts his face in the road of a bowliong ball

  • has to be canadian

  • @Alyssa71808 American Canadians are retarded.

  • @Alyssa71808 he my uncle and hes not canadian

  • then what is he?

  • crackas are crazy :(

  • amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • it makes sense!!

  • brilliant:

    simple-straight to the point.

  • Chuck Norris!

  • looks kind of like him

  • @Ironfistconsumerist I even re checked if that was chuck norris when I read ur comment haha

  • @Ironfistconsumerist Chuck Norris would have head butted the bowling ball and smashed it to pieces.

  • @broli123 HAHAHA!!! XD

  • Anyone seen the blooper? XD

  • I have, he falls on the floor and this black women runs out and pees on him

  • I get why this might seem like a contradiction to Cons. of En., but it's definitely not ...

It's an effect called "resonance". It only happens when the swinger times his input of force at the same frequency with which the ball is swinging. It's a form of constructive interference -- like with waves.

That way, each time he swings he adds a little more of his own energy to the object's motion. Eventually, it accumulates.

But the energy doesn't just come from nowhere. Hence the law.

  • Thanks jules. I think you missed my point, I concur with your analysis, repeated input at a 'constructive' point in a pendulum bob's oscillation will incrementally increase the angle of rotaton. Once a large angle is achieved, it can be maintained with a small input. The important observation, is that the force of centripetal acceleration acting at the pivot, can exert ,in the case of a very heavy bob, significantly more force/energy, (flexing) than the input energy. Anomalous extra energy.

  • amazing guy

  • O co že bych ti tím tu držku rozbil?

  • It would be funny if someone pushed that ball! I love Hewitt though.

  • love the guy
