Just to clear somthing up. Helium dosnt actually do anything to your vocal chords, this is just a common miss conception. What is does chance is the air that you breath out. As helium is a lot less dense than air (why helium balloons float), this causes the frequency of the sound wave travelling from your mouth a lot higher, thus resulting in what we hear as a squeaky voice. Still great show!
