The towers were unstable, the president had to make a decision. The towers could have collapsed sideways and caused further damage to other buildings and surrounding area. The tower would not have went down completely and would have descended much slower in normal circumstances. They think the top just sandwiched the bottom. It would have leaned greatly in this case. No building breaks evenly, without a controlled demolition. Both buildings fell straight down kids.

It's hard to tell if they believe it or have other motives, but at minimum they're exaggerating and distorting information, and playing games. You can clearly see there was no evidence of controlled anything, in fact, the evidence showed the opposite because the surrounding area looked like a war zone. @HellRehab and accelerating the collapse. From what we saw, none of it is consistent with controlled demolition. There is no controlled implosion that causes the surrounded area to look like a war zone, with buses and cars burned down to the steel. If they knew anything about physics, they'd know the extra weight added by the dynamic load is what makes demolitions work in the first place. First of all, they don't melt steel in demolitions, they just cut it so it loses support.
@HellRehab This basically means they blow the bottom of the building and let the weight do the rest. Those towers did not fall "at free fall speed", free fall speed at 400m is 9 seconds, and the collapse was at least 15 seconds. Demolition would not have caused a free fall speed collapse, but it would have prevented the outer perimeter from being forced out considerably tall before breaking and crashing, easily obtaining the distance to WTC 7 and various other buildings.
@HellRehab That said, the collapse was not consistent with controlled demolitions. That said, what's important to focus on here is how these buildings were supposedly rigged. First of all, it would take a crew of at least 500 per building and they wouldn't be able to drill through the outer walls without making an incredible amount of noise. I was just referring to a particular video of a truther set up to talk to an NYPD officer that witnessed the event, and lost friends that day. Forget Alex what about Building 7? NIST say it collapsed through normal office fires. It says one column failed on one floor and this caused all the other columns to fail. This is impossible. I was across the hudson (Jersey side) in West New York about a mile north of lower manhattan when this all happened. Those towers were definately leaning before they fell. Up close, you really can't see it, but from a good distance, you could tell. They were structurally unstable after the collision. The steel didn't have to melt completely, only weaken enough so that the 30+ stories above had nowhere to go but down. Gravity just took over.

The towers were unstable, the president had to make a decision. The towers could have collapsed sideways and caused further damage to other buildings and surrounding area. The tower would not have went down completely and would have descended much slower in normal circumstances. They think the top just sandwiched the bottom. It would have leaned greatly in this case. No building breaks evenly, without a controlled demolition. Both buildings fell straight down kids.

It's hard to tell if they believe it or have other motives, but at minimum they're exaggerating and distorting information, and playing games. There is no controlled implosion that causes the surrounded area to look like a war zone, with buses and cars burned down to the steel. If they knew anything about physics, they'd know the extra weight added by the dynamic load is what makes demolitions work in the first place. First of all, they don't melt steel in demolitions, they just cut it so it loses support.

@HellRehab This basically means they blow the bottom of the building and let the weight do the rest. Those towers did not fall "at free fall speed", free fall speed at 400m is 9 seconds, and the collapse was at least 15 seconds. Demolition would not have caused a free fall speed collapse, but it would have prevented the outer perimeter from being forced out considerably tall before breaking and crashing, easily obtaining the distance to WTC 7 and various other buildings.

@HellRehab That said, the collapse was not consistent with controlled demolitions. That said, what's important to focus on here is how these buildings were supposedly rigged. First of all, it would take a crew of at least 500 per building and they wouldn't be able to drill through the outer walls without making an incredible amount of noise. Since none of this activity was reported by the people that worked there, we'd have to believe a team of ninjas covertly rigged

What they don't say is, the terms of the insurance policy. Those terms obligate him to reconstruct any damages to the building. The company paid him $4.5bill. and it's already cost him $10bill. for reconstruction.

@HellRehab Just to clear it up, because I reread my post, I'm not NYPD and I didn't witness the event. I work in the financial industry. I was just referring to a particular video of a truther set up to talk to an NYPD officer that witnessed the event, and lost friends that day. The officer explained exactly how it collapsed, and that there were no explosions going off. The "truther" responded by saying "that's not true." The guy really lost it after that.

Forget Alex what about Building 7? NIST say it collapsed through normal office fires. It says one column failed on one floor and this caused all the other columns to fail. This is impossible. They also didn't test for explosives even though everyone who watches the collapse of building 7 says it looks like a controlled demolition. It is unscientific and inexcusable that their initial hypothesis was not controlled demolition.

I was across the hudson (Jersey side) in West New York about a mile north of lower manhattan when this all happened. Those towers were definately leaning before they fell. Up close, you really can't see it, but from a good distance, you could tell. They were structurally unstable after the collision. The steel didn't have to melt completely, only weaken enough so that the 30+ stories above had nowhere to go but down. Gravity just took over.
