yea i work for fed ex and it sucks bad. we really need a union b/c we are getting under paid and have no benefits at all, and they expect us to run 150 stops a day in crazy weather.
I work for FedEx Uk & agree 100% with your comments. This is a company that expects you to work through your breaks due to not enough drivers ( I wonder why? ) and overloads you with priority deliveries, yet still tell you not to speed on road! On a daily basis they flaunt health & safety laws and get away with it, no surprise then that couriers abandon ship and staff retention is poor!
