If you ever played an online game, you would know that a lot of players' avatars end up looking alike due to limited character customization. In other words, he looks like Tsukasa because he ended up choosing similar character attributes when he started playing The World. I mean, if you saw .Hack//Sign then you might remember in the episode Compensation, Bear notices a player who looks like Mimiru except with green hair and armor. It's the same damn thing.
