You haven't been in love that deep yet ---perhaps this is the reason why the playing is not with your heart..You are good but if you only learn to play with the lyrics to put them into your heart, you'd be great!!! I lke the way you took those broken chords...
If you worked that out by ear, you did a very nice job - so nice. Anyway, yes the rhythm is not quite there, but with a bass player you'd be fine as is. Some people are offering good advice but some people just get off by making Youtube comments
you're playing a bossa like you would play a ballad... you shouldn't do it, take off the pedal, and play the chords on the half-beats (the "and" when I say "1 and 2 and 3 and 4" ! It would at least sound a little better :)
