i mean in terms of game play the JP voices are okay, but i actually enjoy being able to understand them in the cut scenes. that's actually why i watch your uploads and not others. so far other up-loaders upload them in Japanese, which makes it hard to pay attention to the story since i don't know what the F'k their saying

Helena sets DOATEC to self-destruct. In the midst of everyone still fighting, and the place being set to blow up Helena decides to commit suicide, but is saved by Zack as the building burns down.

In DOA3 Genra [Ayane's Guardian/Foster father] is kidnapped by DOATEC to be used for creating the ultimate fighter [which is why they kidnapped Hayate, and Kasumi was cloned as well] which becomes a "sucess" so they have a DOA3 tournament to test him out. Ayane defeats him in order to spare him from being a monster. In DOA4 the Mugen Tenshin Clan goes to war with DOATEC in attempt to end the suffering they've caused. The Tritower goes under attack and Alpha-152 is awoken. Helena. . .

The Chronicle mode fixes a lot of holes in the storyline, and also rewrites some of the canon from previous games. The basic storyline is that Hayate was "killed/paralyzed" by her Uncle. In DOA1 she seeks revenge upon him for this and joins the first doa tournament so she can kill him. In DOA2 Hayate has been kidnapped and so has Kasumi. Ein is Hayate with amnesia, who winds up in Germany being found by Hitomi. He regains his memories in the second doa tournament. In DOA3 Genra. . .
