The epilog is as clever a demonstration of The Big Lie as one could imagine. All those awful Soviet newsreels showing workers and peasants devoutly listening to the latest crap foisted on them by the party voice on the radio works incredibly well with the lie given here by the chief NKVD investigator who decries Woland's magic in Moscow as "mass-hypnosis."
You are right, but I personally see just gradual differences between those and the lies which they offer us in western countries today. If I remember well, sociologists call it "system stabilizing behaviour"
I'm not sure the text supports Fidoxa's assertion: Woland says that very thing to the decapitated Berlioz at Satan's Ball, but he's also toying with the hapless Berlioz. Indeed, his action seems parallel to his statements about Kant refuting the supposed proofs of God's existence only to come up with another proof. Berlioz's decent into nothingness is dependent on his actually existing as a disembodied head after death, so it's not strictly getting the results of one's prior beliefs.
На самом деле, как я понимаю, смысл в том, что каждому воздается по вере... Мастер создал Роман, и то, во что он поверил, стало реальностью для них с Марго... Каждый уходит после смерти туда, во что он верил...
Thank you so much for sharing the full movie! Great adaptation of Boulgakov's masterpiece!!!!

Примерно так, наверное.
