it looks like the reflection of the guy at the back right of frame, as he moves forward the image appears, that is why it pops up from nowhere because his reflection is behind him until that point. if you look closely you can see the reflection of his face simultaneously on three panes of glass, just behind the guy with the red shirt on
The motion of it matches the motion of the person on the lefthand side of the screen as they leave the frame. I'm thinking it's a reflection of that guy.

It wasn't any of the guys. I was watching it again, and when the one man in the front moved and lifted his arm, the figure went out of sync. Also, its arm is down on its side, totally different.
Though I honestly have my doubts that it's a ghost, I don't think it's anyone in the room.
