Why is. Everybody hat in on the sock? It's actually a pretty innovative method for learning the concept of flow and one hand following the other. If you have trouble with rhythm and zero experience, it's a grat "training wheels" method. Just like going in the water with a rubber tube until you learn how to swim

The sock thing can make some Difficulties if a person trains alot with it or other objects, As you state in the video though "Make your hands the same distance" Though I feel this is wrong because in liquid theres many combination with forms such as Illusions, Rolls, Traces, Contours, rails. Which all of these you have to be setup in a distance and move before the actual jump to the move which just plainly takes freedom of mind and control.
