"end of times" refers to the entire period beginning at his crucifixion until the last days. So it's hard to pin down that it pertains to us today. I think v1-14 answer the Apostle's first question.
You've definitely broken it up into the appropriate 3 sections. But the earthquakes did increase up thru 70 AD as he said, as did the famines in that area under Roman control. I dont think Jesus is addressing our time frame until the last few versus of that chapter.
