I have a rescue mutt that I'm pretty sure is also a pitbull/mastiff mix. He looks just like your dog but has a brindle coat. He's an awesome dog. Very sweet and lovable with every human he meets. He plays 'rough' with other dogs his size but he is never aggressive and never insists on being dominant. I've seen him turn submissive several times when confronted with aggressive dogs (2 yellow labs actually, and another mix). He's the best behaved dog I've ever owned.
Your dog is beautiful, I have 2 85 lb pits, both white with black spots. I've owned one for the last 10 years and don't think ill ever stray far from the breed again. Thanks for sharing.

I had two pit/mastiff mix's, they were sister's. My mom got them when I was 12. They are both dead now of natural causes. They were hands down the best dogs I have ever been around. I miss those girls. I got married and we saved a mini schnauzer from a bad family. He does O.K. with my daughter, but he is FAR more aggresive than my mix's ever were! I'm a big guy and it makes me sad to be stereotyped as are dogs.

Recently here in Australia, a little old lady almost had her arm ripped off bye her family's friendly pitbull. Apparently it just snapped and attacked her for no known reason. They said the dog showed no sign of being vicious before the attack.
Personally, I'd rather own a crocodile, least with those things you don't get suckered into a false sense of security.

The vet thought my dog was pitbull/mastiff mix when i first got him. He'd been starved and cut up pretty bad. Anyway i've had him for 2 years now, and recently learned he's not a mix like the vet thought, he's actually a Banter Bulldogge. He's now a nice healthy, fun, loving, caring dog.

I had 2 pit/mastiffs growing up. This video brought tears cuz they looked just like your dog. I miss those dogs so much. Buster lived for 10 years and Sam lived for 12. i got a pitbull bullmastiff, hes an amazing dog. its not the breed its the deed and everyone needs to stop blaming the dog and watch the owners way of raising,the nick name for pits is the nanny dog. people always argue pitbulls were breed to fight so, german shepherds were breed to hunt and kill humans do the research. and pit owners out there train your dog properly to help end this nonsense, lots of socialization. spay and neuter, vaccinations. inside dogs not left in the back yard.

Recently here in Australia, a little old lady almost had her arm ripped off bye her family's friendly pitbull. Apparently it just snapped and attacked her for no known reason. They said the dog showed no sign of being vicious before the attack.
Personally, I'd rather own a crocodile, least with those things you don't get suckered into a false sense of security.

The vet thought my dog was pitbull/mastiff mix when i first got him. He'd been starved and cut up pretty bad. Anyway i've had him for 2 years now, and recently learned he's not a mix like the vet thought, he's actually a Banter Bulldogge. He's now a nice healthy, fun, loving, caring dog.

If all dogs were raised in the proper manner you would hear zero cases of violent incident. These animals are extremely dangerous and nobody should be allowed to use them as companion animals. These dogs have almost killed three children. They escaped from the yard of someone else's by digging a hole and one of them attacked this girl by treating her like a rag doll. I still have the father but sadly the mother passed away.
