I have a desktopo computer with a Dual-Core Opteron 1214, and it rulez! Both cores running stable @ 3'2GHz on H20 and no-poblem!

Dell- acckkk! Dell's a mystery box- no telling what components are inside. From my personal experience- avoid Dell like the plague (both home desktops & 'enterprise' servers).
