  • love this one in1990 when i found this 45 of the and heard it.great forgotten oldie.

  • a masterpiece

  • Hadn't heard this one before. Very nice sound. Of course, I've always loved 98.6 and Ain't Gonna Lie.

Thanks very much for all your postings, and their interesting blends of images and sounds. It's a pleasure to feel your total embrace of the music. I I'm in a similar place.

  • Amazing nighter sound, just brill

  • 74Sodapop, I echoed a similar thought about my recent discoveries of these bands from the 60s that I have NEVER ever heard of, only the ones that were pushed, i.e., The Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc. and I said that there are so many, many great bands and performers that somehow did not get a longer, deserving spotlight on them.

  • Keith Green?

  • I used to hang out with Keith at Otto's Grotto in Cleveland when he was in town in 1967...cool guy

  • Thank heaven for You Tube-gems found every day.Where else could we find the songs of our youth.

  • VERY underrated performer for his time. Thanks for posting this great song.

  • I wonder if any Keith fans have "Tell it to my Face," another unknown wonder. If so please post! btw his hits were arranged by Joe Renzetti who also arranged Apples Peaches Pumpkin Pie and Strawberry Shortcake for Jay & Techniques..

  • Went to #79 in the U.S. pop charts. Shame, shame, shame.

  • No promotion.I ignore the charts.If he was on Sullivan.Top 10 easy

  • I'm from New Zealand. A local singer,a girl named Sandy Edmonds, covered this song around the same time as Keith. I thought it was her song till I heard Keiths version. Loved 98.6...and still do.

  • FAB !!!!!!!!!!

  • A rare classic!

  • Thanks for this! It's VERY similar to 98.6, isn't it?

  • Great hit , how memories, I was 10 years old,and today i feel a child , Thanks for posting.

  • Great memories of this on the Northern soul scene .. looking for this for ages thank you :) ktf

  • Awh this is lovely! thanku!!

  • Glad you like it

  • Sodapop at 2:05 there is a picture of a bar named A Blackout. I use to get blitzed in there in the early 70s. Where did you find that picture? I got to say I was shocked and almost fell over when it turned up in this video. I left Wichita in 74 and move to the mountains of northern Colorado and have never looked back, until now anyways.

  • A real hidden gem. Thanks for posting it!

  • Thanks Language. You must know a lot of obscure ones.

  • Thanks Moody Girl.

  • Oy Vey...I remember this one...my uncle ran a string of juke boxes and lavished me in obscure 45's as well as big hits...as always Pop, you blow my mind....

  • Thanks Deb & 74sodapop,

You got me on this one,1st time I've heard it but it's great!

  • Very nice. I'd only been familliar with 98.6. Thanks.

  • Additional research. This did chart got to #79 on the Hot 100.Should have done way better. If he got on Sullivan would have got Top 20 easy.Cheers
