Hello Sir, We love your Khana Khazana program on Zee. But it's so amazing that you have your own channel on youtube, helps those living outside India and with no access to Indian tv channels. You make cooking so joyous and easy!!
Sanjeev Kapoor ji, there doesn't seem to be an option for English subtitles on this video. My friend translated and explained that you dont specify how much water to include, is there an exact amount? Danyavad!
Cream is a dairy product that is composed of the higher-butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization. If you want to make it at home you can boil high fat milk and simmer on low heat - you will find a thick layer of cream forming on the surface. But the texture will not be the same as the readymade one.
Just one question please, what is the power of the microwave you have used?
MVs come in a variety of powers, & each one has the option to use 10%-100% of its power. The power of the microwave thereby alters the cooking time for each step.
Hello there, Thank you for opening up this fantastic channel. Just a little correction, at 2:05 of the video the banner should read Cinnamon instead of Capsicum.
well, i was searching for a paneer dish ,... preference was Kadai Paneer, saw Paneer Makhni recipee in your videos and changed plan, Today i cooked Paneer Makhni and it was damn delicious ....
thanx a lot Sanjay sir :) .... u are simply the best Chef :)
I wish I could understand your language, but I love Indian cooking and am moderate in understanding it so I could follow this enough to make it myself 8-) Awesome 8-)
sir, when i made mattatr paneer,i used ghee instaed of butter.when i tasted it i really felt like vomiting...it tasted really bad.....why?is it that adding ghee spoils the taste?panner makhni and all only butter can bi used.?and also i live in jordan here u dont get paneer like in india..when i tried to fry cheese here it started to melt.why?
Make sure that the products that you use are of good quality . Make sure that the paneer that you use is not too soft so that it will not melt while frying.

Sanjeev Bhai, Please use mits. My wife refuses to use mits to handle things in microwave. Her reasoning is, If Sanjeev Kapoor can use any cloth, why can't I ?"
Point taken. But not everyone may have mits readily available. So there is no harm in using cloth. You just have to protect your hands from getting burnt.
It is very easy to make this dish whether on the stove or in a microwave. Both the mediums have their advantages and disadvantages. If you have a microwave oven it is worth trying to cook the dish in it.
Nice video chef. Maybe I will try it out one day. I think stove cooking takes pretty much the same time as microwave cooking or shorter if prep is already done :)
Microwave cooking is definitely faster but needs a little practice to perfect. Only pulses like rajma, kabuli chana etc. take very long to get completely cooked.
This is Sanjeev Kapoor the Chef ... I guess you must be pretty used to seeing me with my trademark mustache...Hoping that you will enjoy our recipe videos
If you want to have it with rice, this is perfect. If you want it thicker, then do not add water and cook the gravy for a while without covering the bowl.
It looks delicious, and I love your Ind-glish!

I tried it in exactly the same way
I've used 71/8" x 67/8" x 21/2" oval shape Tureen (Glass Bowl).
I've used tomato paste with water and was it fine not too thick and thin.
I've just used sugar instead of honey.
And I've used Al Kabeer Cottage cheese (Panner) which will be available in any grocery store.
Thanks for the recipe.
Just turned out perfect.
Please post more of microwave recipes as it is easy to make and less time consuming.
