yes it's true when your at the inner core of the storm it's calm , this clip was captured right after that event, sudden Strong winds and waves clashes through the shore line of the gulf area vicinity.

fyi. when you're in the eye of any typhoon.. there is no wind nor rain.. it is calm there..

unlike diyan sa video mo na sabi mo eye of the typhoon..
