That being said, he would benefit from an expert audio tech to balance the accompaniment, a better mic, and refined microphone technique. Not a criticism, just an observation. Consider what is set before the public as "talent" on American Idol and its incredibly apparent that this young man, though he is "imitating," does actually have a lovely voice with great future potential. Very good! From singer to singer, I have a little advice for you. Sometimes at the end of some phrases, sometimes with the word "night", you start to swallow your vowels, making you start to sound a little like Kermit the frog. Make sure you push the vowels forward to the front of your mouth, and try to focus the sound "upward", into your forehead. I know it sounds crazy, but if you have any questions, let me know. Keep on singing - you have lots of potential!
