Correction: That should have read "Larry Collmus," "Mywifenosevrything," and "Thewifedoesntknow." (Race horses can have no more than 18 characters in their names.)

NewJerseyNews posted a brief interview with Mr. Collmus on 08/26/10, as did InsideEdition on 08/25/10. I'm sure there are many others out there.

As I understand it, the track announcer, Larry Collums, looked at the names of the horses before calling the race, and made a joke about how funny it would be if The Wife Doesn't Know and The Wife Knows Everything were to be ahead at the end. Some commented below that the yell by "the drunk guy at the end" was funny, but that was Larry Collums! I assume he was shouting in both laughter and relief that he had made it through the call, considering what he had said earlier.
