  • One murder, and all non-religious are evil?

I would never say all religious are evil, but maybe this guy should ask how crowds of Christians gathered to watch 'heretics' burn alive in screaming agony. Why Christianity had a long history of bloodthirsty slaughter until secularism and humanism finally put a muzzle on it? Some PEOPLE are evil, it has nothing to do with religion.

Oh, and that power was built on slavery, hard labour for little wage, materialism and war, not Gods love, doofus.

  • ??? atheist countrys have lower vionlence rates so he is stupid

  • Why am I listening to this bullshit

  • ok if america is so powerful because of gods will then why are all the middle east countrys so poor and weak in camparison. theres a much higher consentration of people who belive in god there so why are they not powerful or rich? his agument makes no sence.

  • this drama queen bitch is such a joke.

  • Holy shit! How the hell this kind of emotional hate propaganda is allowed there?! You would think that agitating against a group of people would be crossing the line alone, but to do it with a non sequitur argument on a major news channel!? That's just beyond disgusting.

No wonder if you want to see journalistic integrity you'll have to tune in to the frigging comedy central.

  • Jesus was an atheist like the ones Beck is complaining about.

  • so atheists are all gang bangers now? if the gangs weren't fighting making the "cross Hairs" for him to get caught in, he would still be alive. stop randomly taking things and "pinning" it on atheists. end your personal vendetta.

  • As we all know, religion and violence are complete opposites... right?

  • Don't know how the death of the kid relates to religion or Obama, but I do feel damn bad for him.

  • Glenn, you do realize that, in the Bible, it says that you should stone infidels, right? The clip you showed wasn't a stoning, but it amounted to it. Come down off your moral throne and open your eyes to the hypocrisy of your religion.

  • Glenn Beck is the worst of humanity

  • I wouldn't be going out on a limb if I said that the violent children in the video are probably children of religious parents and probably believers themselves

  • Dear Glenn Beck,

We didn't stop caring about human life when atheism came around. We stopped caring when religion told us that, when people die, they go to a magical place in the sky that's better than this. That might be what did it.

    -A Devoted Atheist

  • Glen beck religion was written by a known liar lmao it was not that long ago.

  • Glenn Beck is such a tard! He likes to be so dramatic. Give me a break! Shut up! No one wants to hear you cry like a little baby!

  • No ONE person can change the world. It takes a group - better yet, the whole world - to make things better. Not by prayer, but by working as a whole. Clasped hands do nothing.

  • This is painfully stupid.

  • Glenn Beck is satan so obviously he believes in God.

  • @bradsam, you're joking, right? Hitler was a christian. And last time I checked, we are in war in defense of christianity with another group of people who believe in the exact same god. How about we reflect on Andrea Yates, remember her? Now go research how many Christian Crusades there have been. Add that to Hitlers total, then tell me how many atheist have committed mass murder in the last--hmmm, to be fair, I'll give you 400 years.

  • 4.25 until this point, he has a good point, stated the facts, but then he brings god into this non offensively, still fine. Now for a minute he said you can't sing christmas carols, well that's a fucking lie, but I have heard worst. then Barrack Obama gets attacked, making a link to Communist Russia. Even though the huge difference is that people in America choose to be atheists, not being forced. Over all this seems not too bad for Glenn Beck, just venting really. oh am i am an atheist.

  • Who gives shit what this Mormon has to say?

  • Ha at the end he says lets celebrate our freedom. What a prick, atheist don't get this kind of treatment in the UK its shocking and very sad. Religion has never prevented people from commiting abuse, cruelty, rape, torture or murder instead its used as an excuse. 9/11, 7/7, the terroist attacks in Northen Ireland and England, the muslims killed in suicide attacks by other muslims who claim to be doing it to help them, Isreal and Palestine are just a few examples.

  • this idiot is just connecting the dots with lines that aren't there. his kind aren't worth the time of real intelligent people

  • @TheInfamousBojangles Not only that, he invents dots as well.

This is Faux News at its finest.

  • you see what crazy people we atheist have to deal with just because of what we believe in. I am only hating on atheist haters

  • Why do rellgious people assume there's some void to fill when you are an atheist? Some people can live life just fine without a need to instill faith in supernatural beings.

  • How about all the religious "god-fearing" tea partiers who spit and swear at people, threaten violence and call people faggot and nigger. Are these the godly we should mirror and parrot, Mr Beck?

  • Glenn Beck you are so full of shit

  • "How did we get to the point where life is held so low?" Has it really ever changed? Guess he forgot about the wild west days... Why didn't God stop this? If he is real... I would be willing to bet most of these kids went to church... Yet it still happened... This guy is just crazy...

  • is he mad? who watches this shit?

  • i hate glen beck... so much.

  • do they keep this guy in air for fun or just to make more damage to our society. He is obviously psychological unstable. He should be in a madhouse getting help... is inhumane even for him to keep him on air.

  • Is this idiot for real? Looks like a bad actor when he is speaking about god. Lol what a dumbfuck. Like this has anything to do with religion.

  • Ok so......britain was completely religious the entire time of the English empire. Christian at that. Why did god suddenly go over to the side of the country that would allow religious freedom for anyone. Even those athiests that are filling up our prisons with murderers?!! oh right......not real

  • watching this makes me want to see V for Vendetta again

  • and a word from one of my favourite songs: blacken the cursed sun- lamb of god.

does your god hold a place for us?! hell no!

  • Comment removed

  • this man physically makes me sick.

  • These atheist kids are strong. I don't think I could lift a rail road tie let alone use it as a weapon.

  • I literally laughed aloud when he made the connection between a teen getting crunched in the head with a railroad tie and capitalism. I mean I've learned to expect meaningless drivel form Glenn Beck, but sometimes he can be entertaining.

  • *sings* ...Hit and kick and hit and kick and hit and kick aaaaand hit again with a railroad tie... :)

  • OK, now Glenn should show a video of theist violence just as bad as this. I'm sure there are plenty out there....

  • Most gang members I've encountered sport religious symbols as tattoos. I haven't met one that wasn't all about Jesus. He's is just getting everyone upset about something horrible that happened and then turning it into a case for a completely unrelated issue.

  • Comment removed

  • Hitler repeatedly referenced god in his speeches, the motto for the Nazis was Gott mit Uns for crying out loud, that means God With Us. Ridiculous statement to make. Besides even if he was an atheist it wasn't that which drove him to being a genocidal maniac.

  • how on earth did this guy get his own show....

  • Um black kids= religious black parents meaning those kids 9.9/10 were religious, dumass

  • @bradsam ..have you ever heard of the crusades1-.2 & 3 ,mmm i think they weren,t atheists-the planners ,instigators-and knights, pilgrims all on their way to Jerusalem-killed pillaged ,plundered all their way through Europe ,warming up for the killing to be done in the "holy "land-the Spanish Inquisition ,weren,t atheists either-don,t even start about the millions upon millions killed in the name of God-fyi Germans soldiers in WWII had Gott mit ons-god is with us on their belts-christians!

  • This guy is equal to the attackers in the video. he is just as full of hate and evil. he has absolutely zero logic in his argument whatsoever.

  • Classy, exploiting a murdered teen so you can bash Obama. Glenn Beck doesn't care about violence he told his own viewers to shoot democrats in the head. Don't let him fool you, he doesn't care about inner-city kids.

  • Does he really have to ask what makes the U.S. and the West great? Progressive rights & freedoms, and the belief that the people have the right to self-determination, the people, not a God(s) choose their future.

Any Christian who is not some right-wing fanatic would tell you the same.

  • Religion gives birth to Atheism. Without religion, there would be no Atheism.

  • The Bible gives birth to Atheists. Without Christianity, there would be no Atheism.

  • Glen Beck, you are an idiot. Can your god be meaningfully called good? Then make me a list of things your god would NEVER do to people! What? You can't make such a list because that would be judging God? Then you are just admitting that your god might do anything: lie, cheat, steal and murder. Yet you call your god good. Good as compared to what? Suck it, Beck

  • thumbs down, not for you but for Beck

  • Glen Beck wants us in the dark ages again with him as king

  • The frightening thing about this is that some people actually listen to this stupid agitator! Stupidity begets stupidity! Any fool knows that religion has always been the major cause of violence!

  • @bradsam

Around 0.4% of prisoners in the USA are atheists.

  • @Scoforever I think it's telling that so few atheists are prisoners (this has been shown in numerous studies by the way). It seems that an attitude of free-thought encourages people to start actually thinking about ethics, and may rule out the possibility of using their religion as a scapegoat for their crimes.

  • @wavenaboard

I don't think we can make any conclusions in this case without studies into it. Even with studies showing that atheism has a causal link with reduced crime would have a difficult time showing that atheism caused that reduction in crime. It may be possible to prove a causal link between skepticism and reduced crime.

  • Comment removed

  • @Scoforever Well, if studies showed a causal link then that would mean that atheism was causal. If you mean a correlational link, then yes, that would mean there's still more work to do. I would bet, though, that levels of skepticism and atheism would walk just about step in step.

  • Comment removed

  • @Scoforever Education - increasing free-thought (along with skepticism and atheism), standard of living and living environment - could well be a major player in both religiously and non-religiously motivated crimes. We would of course have to differentiate between secular and religious schooling.

  • Comment removed

  • @wavenaboard I could be wrong, but isn't atheism generally associated with higher education and socio-economic status. I would say that is why you don't see as many atheists in prison. There may still be an ethical connection, but I'd guess that the socio-economic situation is a stronger link. Of course, you could still ask why there is that correlation between education and status and irreligiousness, but there's more at work here than "atheists don't go to prison because they're more ethical".

  • @bradsam: minor detail. Hitler was Catholic. But let's not let inconvenient facts get in the way of an otherwise vacuous point. ^_^ Atheists represent about 10 percent of the US population. They represent a little under half a percent of the prison population. Christian representation in the prisons matches its representation in the general population. This isn't evidence of anything, but it's curious.

  • @bradsam

Fact! Hitler was a catholic. Later in life he believed that he himself was god. Certainly not how I would define the word atheist.

USA is the most religious of the western countries.

My country, sweden is the most atheist.

We have less prisoners than the US, less murders, less stealing, less rape, less abortions and so on.

    Explain that.

  • @soskid the laws. just like weed. where its not a crime kids dont smoke weed as much. FACT!!! and because we have two very different laws there will be very different acts thats all. plus when they took the bible out of our schools thats when those things went on the rise. so explain that.

  • @soskid one more thing. ill put it out there most "christians" havent even read the bible so how could you say that christians are bad because the bible. and answer this, how do you get life from non-life? my answer is you dont.

  • @bradsam Well then, unlike most christians i have read the bible.

Along with the koran its the most horrible collection of threats, murder, torture, incest, childabuse and geneside I've ever come across.

Not the kind of morals I would have taught in school to my children.

As for life from non-life, we are both guessing, 'cause nobody knows for sure yet.

But my guess is supported by a massive amount of scientific evidence.

Christians only have that, above mentioned horrifying book.

  • @soskid i agree about the koran being all those things. but your not alone on not understanding the bible. but its all good. but do this for me name one spot in the bible god says to torture, incest, childabuse, or to make geneside. it doesnt. but just like the bible hugger that thinks about a girl in a sexual way, he did it even thou god said not to. thats called free will.

there is one part in the bible that god says to kill and its in, i think sam or kings, i dont remember. but we findout

  • @bradsam Ok, here goes.

John 15:6. Justifies the inquisition, torturing and burning people alive.

leviticus 25:44-46. Exodus 21:26-27. Clearly allowing slavery and violence.

    Deuteronomy 13:6, 8-10, 12-15. Proverbs 13:24, 20:30, 23:13-14.

    Need I go on?

  • @soskid yes because anybody can pick up any book about murder and turn its words around and do the same thing you just did. like i have already said, god NEVER says it. it ALL laws of the land. ive learnd this in bible school, i used to be an atheist. read the whole bible and dont cherry pick to make it seem like your right

  • @bradsam

Does leviticus allow slavery or does it not?

Is the bible the word of god or is it not?

Does god cammand a man (forgotten his name) to sacrifice his son to prove his faith or not?

Okey, god intervenes in the last minute and prevents him from actually going though with it.

But viewed with modern ethics, this would have been a traumatic experience for the poor boy from which he might never recover.

Not a story of good morals. Rather wicked and revolting actually.

  • @soskid you really know nothing about the bible do you? the bible is a historical account of the world at the time it was writen. the things that are god speaking they point out and say "thus saith the lord." you really need to read and learn and not try figuring it out with out truly lookin in to it

  • @bradsam Well, since you seem to refuse actual citations from the bible, I may ask you the same question.

If the book doesnt mean what it says and everything is open to interpretation you can get what ever you want out of it.

Seems like a lot of wriggling to get out of the precarious fact that the bible is full of contradictions and direct immorality when viewed with the modern western ethics we are all equipped with.

At least the muslims stick to their book deluted as it. Same as the bible.

  • @soskid later that it wasnt really god, but a spirit that was bad.

  • @bradsam Uhhhm. Hitler was a Christian, in his own words. And your statement is simply untrue. Atheists make up less than %.02 of prisoners in America. People as sadly dumb as you make me sick.

  • @bradsam gezzz you asshole you need to do a little research...really you do.

  • @bradsam

Hitler was a Jesus loving psychopath who killed a bunch of Jewish people because jew's killed the Allegged Jesus. Hitler wore cross's all over him, stop calling Hitler Atheist you nutjob

  • @bradsam he was also a DEEP vegetarian. i gues we should be angry at vegetarians for doing something they think that makes there life better. the bible has a high death toll. in the bible itself. try reading it. the flood kill all first born babies? the bible telling you to kill witches. and so many other stuff it should be baned. and hitler was a devoted roman Catholic. he said in his speachs that he was the arian race which god sent him to do his work and used the bible as a messege.

  • @bradsam um...yeah Hitler was Catholic and made frequent references to god in his speeches. yeah... kind of shot yourself in the foot there.

  • @bradsam hitler was roman catholic, he was in good favor with Pope Pius the XII as he was slaughtering Jews on the side lines, and the officers who carried out the killings were most definitely christian, get your facts straight

  • @bradsam hitler was not an atheist by the way he was Christian he mentions a creator in his book many times

  • @bradsam Hitler was a Christian, this is no secret or anything new, he makes references to god and Christianity numerously in Mein Kampf.

  • @bradsam hitler was a vegetarian christian painter, screw you and your propaganda.

  • @bradsam You sir, are a fucking idiot. What about the Dark Ages? Or how about the Crusades? Not enough for you? Gay hate crimes. September 11th. The collapse of the middle east that we are witnessing as I speak. All in the name of religion. Instead of reading a bible, why didn't you pick up a History book and educate yourself before spewing diarrhea from your mouth? This country would be a lot better off without Bible-thumping fucktards like you that think they know everything but know nothing.

  • @bradsam hitller was a roman catholic, moron. crusades anyone? remember them?

  • @bradsam

    Hitler was Catholic.

  • @FiverBeyond I don't know if he was, but theists argue that he wasn't well enough and frequently enough that I don't think it's worth defending. It's not particularly important to the argument anyway. Even if he was an atheist, drawing a causal link would be about as plausible as making a connect about the kind of underwear he wore.

  • @bradsam Hitler was a Catholic. Stalin, Mussolini, Castro, and Pot were atheists. But how many people did kill personally? How many soldiers in there armies were atheists? How do we know that Hitler, Stalin and Castro killed people because of their mustaches? or if Mussolini killed people because of his baldness? did that make him kill people? Even if Hilter was an athiest, like the other four were, How DARE YOU SAY THAT ATHEISM HAD ANYTHING TO DO TO MAKE THESE MEN THE MONSTERS THAT THEY WERE!!

  • @bradsam Hitler would have been the crazy guy who simply yelled stuff from the corner if not for invoking the name of God. You don't have to believe in it to say to a huge crowd of people "God told me this was right!! Kill the Jews!!" It was the majorities belief in God that allowed them to think that what they were doing was OK and righteous. He was smart enough to use the psychology down to the very letter.

  • @bradsam Hitler was a Theist. "The folkish-minded man, in particular, has the sacred duty, each in his own denomination, of making people stop just talking superficially of God's will, and actually fulfill God's will, and not let God's word be desecrated. For God's will gave men their form, their essence and their abilities. Anyone who destroys His work is declaring war on the Lord's creation, the divine will." -Hitler. Just one of many statements he made reveling his belief in a god.

  • @fonoflux1 one quote given to a group of people that were christians? thats your proof? let's take a look at the many things he said that were to friends and in confedence, shall we. youtube.com/watch?v=dcc7DhX6sUU

  • @bradsam Like I said, "Just one of many statements he made reveling his belief in a god." Both public and private documentation shows he most likely believed in a god. Even the video you linked me to supports that claim. I'm aware of his disregard for Catholicism/Christianity, but that doesn't make him an atheist. You said "more atheist kill than those who believe in the bible. lets remember hitler." so I assumed you were saying Hitler was an atheist not a non-Christian. There's a difference.

  • @bradsam Hitler was not an Atheist

  • @bradsam roman catholic

  • @bradsam Does Hitler somehow overpower all of the millions upon millions of people that were massacred due to religions over the last 2500 years?

I say fuck psycho lunatic dictators and religion all together.

  • @bradsam Hitler was a Roman Catholic. He references "God" in his book Mein Kamf

  • @bradsam catholic

  • People, people...we must put a stop to these not-atheist-but-still-somehow-motivated-by-atheism-in-ways-that-only-make-sense-to-Glenn-Beck gangs!

  • Wow, this is crazy, I'm an atheist and I would've risked my life to save that kid getting hit.

why would he blame atheists for that murder? Christians would've burned people on a stake for being able to swim.

  • Yeah... Everything was so much better in our country's heyday, when we fought wars with eachother, anyone that wasn't both the superior male or even far more superior caucasian couldn't vote, we claimed dominion over everything, even other human beings, who, of course, were murdered if they dared to think otherwise, and we loved our savior so... Those were the days.

  • What do thy fill the void with? What do you replace a tumour with?

  • What do thy fill the void with? What do you replace a tumour with?

  • How much you wanna bet most everyone in that video DID believe in a god?

  • Glenn Beck is a Cunt

  • Lol. Mr. GB sounds like a mad preacher/televangelist type.

Is Obama supposed to be an atheist? Or am i falsely connecting the dots in this rant?

Now I'm not American, so correct me if i'm wrong.

Did i catch correctly that Christmas carols can't be sung on the streets at Christmas time in your country? Where would be the problem in that exactly?

  • Is he implying that singing christmas carols is the same as singing about the president?

  • 98% of murderers on christians

  • 3:10 - "they were mostly calm" - what about the screams of shock, and screams for help when he played the video the first time?

  • I think this is getting bad ratings cause u miss-named this video, I've never seen this one.....We Americans are SPOILED! I firmly believe we have too much power at our desposal and are abusing it. Basic rights, like guns aren't what im talkin bout. but freedom of speech, its a good amendment, but it gives us the ability to change something that "OFFENDS" us! WTF!!! ACLU??? naw shit, it's the reason there isn't God in anything anymore... Athiests can suck it...

  • So you thing possession of a tool built solely for killing things is a "basic right" but freedom of expression isn't? Please explain

  • @J242

there's a huge difference between religious and righteous. in the bible it says when people die, they'll try to get into heaven but God will say to them "Who are you? I never knew you." there are people that pose as things they aren't ON PURPOSE and out of misinformation

  • 3:55 and on is one big question. And I wonder the same things myself. Do Atheists fear a just God?

Glenn could have said, "If a Man has no etrernal hope in Him, where does his lasting will to master His own flesh come from?"

Can anyone show me an life-long Atheist that tryed to save Human life in every way possible they could at whatever price?

Life is freedom! Technology can provide a form of progressive freedom to us. But higher biengs than us in the Universe I can't deny!

  • Glenn Beck is an ignorant piece of turd.

  • I blame it on the negroes.

  • Glenn Beck is nuts.

  • Religion or lack thereof does not cause death, but it can be twisted and corrupted and used as a powerful tool to kill large groups of people and move a society into thinking a group of people is evil or lower than them.

  • I'm sorry, i think it's a perfectly rational conclusion. the concept of God, christian, jewish, muslim, whatever, teaches morality. aren't we just animals without a God? Adolf Hitler was an atheist. and killed how many people? Now, i of course recognize that there are PLENTY of murderers out there who claim to be "doing God's work". they're as despicable as these people! but i do think it's logical to say that the belief in a God who has given morals to live by would make you less-likely to kill

  • Hitler was a Roman Catholic. I will admit that Pol-Pot Mao and Stalin were atheists but their atheism had nothing to do with the people they killed. The reason that atheism correlates with genocide and democide is because Marx wrote in opposition to religion and capitalism. So nations that are socialist are generally atheist. Socialism is disgusting. If you hate socialism then check out my channel.

  • he was raised catholic, but left his faith.

"National Socialism and religion cannot exist together.... "

"Christianity is a rebellion against natural law, a protest against nature. Taken to its logical extreme, Christianity would mean the systematic cultivation of the human failure."

  • There are a lot of contradictory statements by Hitler.

by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord from Mein Kampf.

I am now, as before, a Catholic and will always remain so in 1941.

The issue is not whether Hitler was an atheist or not. It is whether atheism causes totalitarianism and death. I am not convinced of that. And even if it were proven that atheism caused totalitarianism it would not have an effect on it's validity.

  • absolutely right! he was a master of confusion. and of it's not that i think Atheism causes these things. i'm saying that it's logical to think that someone who believes in God is less likely than someone who does not to do evil.

  • @unearthlydwarf

Not really; more people are murdered in the name of God than anything else.

It just depends on what your definition of "evil" is.

  • I knew someone was gunna use that stupid cliche. Guess what! That is complete bull crap! Doing something "in the name of" something means "by their authority!" Jesus said "turn the other cheek", "those who live by the sword, die by the sword", "love your enemies". No one has killed "in the name of Jesus" because He would never give authority to do so.

  • @unearthlydwarf

Right, but Christianity isn't the only religion in the world.

And I'm guessing you've either never heard of the Crusades, or completely forgot about them; but plenty of people were murdered in the name of God.

  • see. you're not listening. No one was killed "in the name of God" during the crusades (see definition of in the name of). God never gave them authority to kill anyone. men did. they killed in the name of the pope, the Catholic church or glory. they used their position as false prophets to fit their needs. you kill in the name of someone if they don't support it.

  • @unearthlydwarf , Wrong again. In social society at the time of Jesus, to "turn the other cheek" was a major insult as for someone to lightly slap you with the opposite hand (backhand) meant you were lower than they, in they touch your face with the same hand on the same side of the face (the palm) you were on the same level as they. That was considered a major insult. Jesus also "said" some nasty things which I don't have enough characters to post so I will add in my next response.

  • @unearthlydwarf:

"Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I came to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother... and a mans enemies will be the members of his household. He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me... And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. ...and he who has lost his life for My sake will find it." (Matthew 10:34-39 NASB)

  • @unearthlydwarf : More for you:

"I have come to cast fire upon the earth; and how I wish it were already kindled! But I have a baptism* to undergo, and how distressed I am until it is accomplished! Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? I tell you, no, but rather division; They will be divided, father* against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and... (Luke 12:49-53)

  • @unearthlydwarf , Actually you are wrong. It's far more likely to wage war on behalf of a faith than it is to do so because you have none. Hitler was a devout Catholic/Christian who was supported financially and publicly by the vatican. The Crusades? The Holy Wars? Any of those ring any bells? The recent cop killer in Tacoma who thought he was Jesus? It's the religious that are FAR more dangerous and history is the proof. You cannot name a single leader who waged war to push their non-belief.

  • Wow, you're just completely taking those verses out of context. He's not talking about physical war! anyone knows that he's referring to dividing the Judaism! As for Hitler, if you read the earlier posts, no one could really say whether he was atheist or catholic because he was one day and not another. And i CAN name an atheist murderer. ever hear of Stalin? Yeah, he kinda murdered priests and other religious people because they were opposition. so...do some fact checking

  • "The best thing is to let Christianity die a natural death.... When understanding of the universe has become widespread... Christian doctrine will be convicted of absurdity.... "Christianity has reached the peak of absurdity.... And that's why someday its structure will collapse....

"...the only way to get rid of Christianity is to allow it to die little by little.... "Christianity is the liar....

  • Quoting Stalin? It doesn't matter, he didn't attempt theocracide or genocide of all who didn't hold his beliefs. He waged war on any and all who could advance his cause regardless of belief or lack thereof. Do you think atheists were safe from his wrath? Of course not so it's not a viable comparison.

    From Mein Kampf:

"Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord." - Hitler

  • when you really look at it though, you are correct and he even spoke against atheism. which says to me that he was just a full on bullshitter. lol. and there were a lot of things he did that suggested that he was a mystic. but that doesn't take away from the fact that he rejected the church later. and i checked out your channel and i like your stuff!

  • You say he rejected the church later? Who? Hitler? Hardly... He needed their wealth to continue his campaigns until the very end and had the Vatican's support for a long time and even at the end, they never excommunicated him or anything even remotely close. They just shied away and didn't say anything. The Vatican has excommunicated people for FAR less so I don't see how he "rejected" them considering they didn't act in kind.

As for videos, thanks! I've got more coming soon. :)

  • @Scoforever Socialism as a concept is far from disgusting, but the execution is not as Marx or Engels would have desired. The Soviet/Cambodia/China/Vietnam models are socialism only in that they call themselves such. But they do not uphold any of the values of socialism, such as the liberation of the poor working class, communal care, and the abolition of government.

    1) Hitler was a Christian for most of his life, and Christianity was a fundamental part of his political campaign during his rise to power. 2) Although he disavowed Christianity late in life, he never stopped believing in "a divine creator". HE WAS NEVER AN ATHEIST. 3) There's nothing "logical" about saying that "God-given morals make people less likely to kill", when instances of religiously inspired violence have repeated themselves countless times throughout history.

  • @unearthlydwarf

HITLER WAS A JESUS FREAK YOUR FUKING RETARD. YOUR A BRAINWASHED MONG

  • @unearthlydwarf Hitler was Catholic and frequently referenced God in Mein Kampf as well as his later speeches. Your still believing old World War II propaganda, that has long since been proven incorrect. If you are suggesting the only reason you are a moral person is due to a belief in God then that proves not that God is the root of morality, but that you aren't a very good person. Human decency is more than enough.

  • @BattleGamerNews

I commented on this post over a year ago...i can't believe i'm still getting replies. oh well. I'll do this one quick. Hitler not only referenced God. he also referenced Darwin. read the section on Social Darwinism. It's quite unchristian. hitler was not a christian because he did not follow the teachings of Christ. That is the definition of christian. My main point was to validate glenn's theory. there's nothing wrong with it. i'm done talking about this. read things i saidb4

  • @unearthlydwarf Do you think would be comfotable with immorality like rape and murder without god standing over your shoulder telling them they'll go to hell? I don't. I'm an atheist who does the right thing not because god tells me to, but because I know what' s right and strive to help others. Belief in a god who inspired the crusades, the inquisition, and the 9/11 attacks isn't my idea of a good moral compass. I'm not "an animal without God"; I just do the right thing for its own sake.

  • Glenn Beck is a fucking asshole. The way he twists that boy's murder into supporting his fucked up opinion was sickening.

  • Atheists > Theists

  • I have had it with you Jeff Fisher people.

  • Oh god this makes me want to vomit... Why is he assuming p;eople are replacing God with Obama.... Why does he say your rights HAVE to come from God.... We ALL have rights no matter what...

  • Exactly. I am offended by the idea that my rights come from a collective group but I am even more offended by the idea that my rights come from a bearded man in the sky who I don't believe in. Rights are an individual matter.

  • Whoa Glenn. This is not the "norm", far from it. This video is so shocking precisely because it is abnormal behavior. Please do not exploit this boy's murder. He and his family deserve better than that.

  • The what ur children r reall learning special u'll c history is being rewrittten. I think we by expansion introduce other diseases 2 others w/out inmunities. We thought we were helping by changin their traditions. We've tried 2 make mends w/ reserving land 4 them. The Constitution says life, liberty,& persuit of happiness than wat it was intended life, liberty, & property becauz they thought the debate of slavery would b decided later. & property might b a way 4 the slaveowners 2 hold on2 slaves

  • Glenn's saying ethics & no teaching of a moral structure & no core moral beliefs = no foundation 4 respecting good society norms that r under the law. As 4 the nazi's working w/ the gov., my channel debunks a lot of conspiracies if u click playlists. B4 beling that nazi conspiracy researchand try 2 debunk it if u can. As 4 the indian stuff w/ the progressives, marksists, & socialists teaching revisionist history c FNC Specials playlist of mine.

  • Don't u think regardless if u like traditions of lands u should still honor them since it's polite & honorable? Natural meaning u think all already haverights regardless of society structure? 2 others saying ppl save ppl not Christians, wat we mean by saved has totally different meaning. & 2 the athiests I don't think u kno wat being saved means w/ regards 2 Christian salvation.

  • Scoforever I kno ur atheist & all, but I'd like 2 hear ur take on "In God we trust" on our money. U kno saying higher power doesn't mean God. It can mean society. But u have 2 set something to say where ur rights come from. They don't come from the government. So where do they come from? 10 commandments "under God" r the traditions of our land like other lands have their traditions. Christians use science. scientists can be Christian. We r not flat Earthers.

  • I believe that rights are natural.

I think that to resort to a god is collectivist because it implies that your rights come from someone else.

  • Me too. The state shouldn't control.. anything.

  • Oh yeah.. look up human radiation experiments. The US government recruited former Nazi scientists for work in the US. Nazi scientists where now in the US employed to conduct human radiation experiments on unsuspecting men, women and children.

  • Native American containment and massacres continued well into the history of the US. Trail of tears? Come on. Trying to make the American government seem guiltless, how absurd. The American governments has installed dictators around the world and financed indiscriminate murder and massacre. Presidents have personally signed away tax money to support terrorists who killed women and children. The US government is responsible for millions of deaths in past 50 years.

  • Well in some cases genocide may or not be the correct word. The removal, exile, and murder of Natives was at certain points just to get land instead of extermination being the main goal. However, there were campaigns by the US where genocide was the intent.

  • I wouldn't deny that there were some war like tribes, the Aztecs being one of the worst, but that does not excuse crimes committing by European governments. The scale of aggression by the Europeans against the so called Natives was much greater than vis versa.
