@gunsANDraybans12 Great question! If you do, use a cut that isn't super fatty or greasy, like Center Cut, or Turkey Bacon. You don't want to use the bacon that is mostly fat. I have actually used sliced and cooked Hillshire Farm Turkey sausage in the left over mac n cheese the day after. That works really well and is so tasty!
