@thaurgurth Maybe not wear you are. So you are telling me no cop any where on the earth has ever clamped a car? You may be write but I bet you haven't checked though have you.
@TheEodtch Ofcourse I meant where I live, and I said that because country where I live is same as the one where the video have been made :) btw in other places where I used to live coppers didn't clamp cars either, there are usually some other, either private companies or gov agenciec dealing with that.
@thaurgurth Ok well you just made the statment that cops don't clamp. Realistically a cop is just someone who regulates certain behaviors or actions.
In America one needs a drivers license to perform commercial work FOR THE GOVERNMENT. He's using his automobile for his private business or commerce. And that is the difference.
the word law is used to represent Common Law - Legalese is wording created & used to purposefully confuse and mislead the average person. Something that is Illegal refers to LEG(AL)islation, something that is against the Law denotes something as being UNLAWFUL, two VERY different scenario's . Legislation is IMPOSED through acts of parliament and statutes. Common Law ALWAYS overrides Legislation, therefore if any man or woman wants to live as a freeman they do not have to abide by legislation.
@dangerousslave Ever since there has been civilisation there has alsways been law. Law is there so that there can be such a thing as civilisation. Legalese is a pseudo-term created by those who haven't the intelligence to understand complicated wording used in the law.
this is interesting because you car looks like a commercial vehicle, that is used for work and so i assume that you, the police and traffic wardens havent noticed this because these laws apply to business ... e.g. 'driving' means to be in commerce .. and with your stickers all over it.. it looks like a business car??
haha
you're cool for soing it all the same.. but think about it lol
The reason is simple. They don't know who owns the vehicle so that's why they didn't clamp it. They have nowhere to send the fine or notice of intended prosecution.
@007RoyalFlush Oh its you again are they paying you well for your infiltration and Bollox, let me just say you are wasting your time here, you have no chance. Why don't you call a day and get a real job.
@dangerousslave Yes, quite a lot of people. Many of them wrongly believe they have the right not to follow the letter of statute. I have corrected them. I will continue to educate people who believe so, and I'm not even charging for the service.
I knew you don't need a drivers license for private cars but you seem to have a commercial vehicle for plumbing so how do you not license when you make an income using the car?
@2wheels88 i thought the same as you but got no answer ,so the only thing i can think of is he has a drivers license from the days before he knew he could de-registered the car so can now do both
In response to the insurance.. At the time I had an agreement with the insurance company that I was with, I informed them what I had done & sent them all the paperwork from myself to the DVLA as well as all paperwork from the DVLA to myself I then had to deal with the underwriter direct.
The reason an un-registered vehicle will not be clamped is because they will not be able to locate the owner to pay the removal fee or if the clamp is removed by force and driven away. There's nothing really practicable for the authorities to do in that situation, they've just got to hope they catch you driving it on a public road, in which they can just take it from you
if nothing else, the coppers don't know what to do in this case, and rather take a chance at looking stupid, or going thru lots of paperwork, they probably just pretend they did not see this vehicle...lol
Yo bro, you sound genuine and I would like to holla at you so you can educate man on this thing. It's credit crunch and I would like to save a buck if I can lawfully do so.
The first thing I wish to add is this dose not prove anything all I know is that the car was parked just were it was when dvla clamped the bm, it is one of my old company cars there are no chassis numbers as thay have been grinded out and new engine fitted from brackers yard, I do not carry a grinder in the boot, lol, and have been stopped twice in 2009 still have the car in 2011, there are no tricks here ! I do not consent, and do not burn my hands on the hot potatoe? so to speek
@southlondonfreeman I want to learn all there is to learn about how you applied these awesome truths, rights, and freedoms. I am in a fight right now here in Canada and I am a truth hunter so please get back to me and share with with me your knowledge if you would please. Thanks and God bless. Bryan
i decide that you was not parked when dvla came around, unless you have the certificate of motor vehicle origen, then the state own the chassis numbers ect and the bankers have a lien against all collateral.
@MILLSPRO123 u do not own any property the state owns it, You have equitable title NOT legal title, U was lucky thats all DVLA WILL clamp you regardless of what paper work you have. TRUST and the cops dont know shit thus they meet the cryteria for the job=AGGRO, Vids like this are not encouraging, just trap more fok in turn makes the government more doe to pay back th bamks that holds the bonds for speed cameras ect since they lent the dosh to the government in advance for other naughty things,
What exactly does the notice say in your window?? I'd like to put something like that in mine :) Currently I just carry around a 1750W power inverter and a 7A angle grinder in my trunk, lolz
@bigrandom77777 Exempt From Levy Private Property Outside The Jurisdiction Of The United Kingdom Any Person or Persons Unlawfully Interferring With This Property Affixing PCN's, Attempting To Remove, Or Hindering the Owner Will Be Sued Up To 20,000 "Concensus Facit Legem" The South London Freeman Society
@bigrandom77777 The phrase consensus facit legem is a Latin maxim which means consent makes the law. A contract is a legal agreement between the parties, and consent is an inevitable component for the legality of contract. The consent must be free and fair and should not be induced by fraud, misrepresentation, coercion or mistake.
I'll tell you why the car wasn't clamped. The dvla, courts and other government bodies are not allowed by thier own law to clamp a vehicle that is being used for the sole purpose of trade and making an income. this is why your van with the plumbing sign writing hasn't been clamped. It's the same with your tools in the back of the van a baliff can't remove them if you use them to make a living. It's not because you have de-registered your van that they haven't clamped it.
The operative factor here could be that you write on your notice "South London Freeman Society" showing that you are part of a society outside of the UK
Hi, How did you get on with this? Have you had your car siezed yet? And on what roads are you using the car on? Assuming you wish not to pay road tax I'm guessing you're not using it on UK Highways agency roads. Using UK roads is entering in to contract with the highways agency, DVLA, VOSA, police, UK corporation etc. It's a tough one this but lets hope you've been sensible enough to actually insure yourself and car agaisnt causing harm and loss against another human and thier property.
How do we go about de-registering as I have seen this before and a guy was summons to court but they could not prosecute him over no tax, insurance or number plates
The law is shit if the car is not "registered" (a key legal word that means the government takes part ownership of said item) then they have no authority over the matter.
Submit = Beg, oh please please help me im a poor peasant
Application = because no one can make u apply for anything
registration = as above (government takes part ownership)
what i am thinking is ,to save all the bollocks of informing ,these scumbags anything, rather than just remove your number plate which is pointless ,you need to remove the VIN plate ,and remove the chassis number ,and check for any stickers that have the chassis number on it ,that way they dont know ...shit
do you drive the car that isnt registered? my friend has had his car stolen from him by the police authorities, he had de registered, had his own number plate and he had sent back his lisence. he also had sent in his noiucor with replies that did not express any arguments against his intention and understanding and claim of right. its a terrible situation for him, and a bit too long a story to write in this small box.
You've got balls doing this mate. I've sent my NOUI COR to the DVLA. If I don't hear from them I'll be travelling in my private conveyance soon. Have you got any insurance? I think it's the one thing the police will give a shit about and it could be the one thing to prevent them stealing the car off you.
hahahahhahaha you just owned the DVLA fucking well done my son lol
