Well, I dunno about his boots, but the spritesheet of his intro on The Spriter's Recource shows him without shades on. His eyes are basically light blue orbs, from what I can determine, as his face is in a "^_^" expression on the sprite sheet.

Orbulon's shades (glasses) nearly slid off.
I saw part of one of his eyes. From the looks of it, it looks creepy. I wonder what Orbulon looks like without his shades and boots on?
