I love the sound of this concept... My question is, how is it that your facility was able to accommodate and ensure all residents were given PCC?

There are many facilities who are severely understaffed, and who have preset activities for residents, and even staff who might be undereducated to understand the complexities of Dementia patients (or even non-Dementia patients)... How can it be done in a logical, meaningful way, while still maintaining the workload we have been delegated? :)
