I just figured it out by ear. i just do this

Verse

C, F, dm, g

for that little bridge thing it's just

C, move down to 2nd fret on A, back to C, C, F,G

then repeat those two parts untilt he end. which is F, C, and G

First of all, a gorgeous rendition of the song! You should get out to the open mics - people aren't as good as you would assume. You would be very accepted with performances like this.
