@tacoshelby to answer your question, its an anime called Hetalia Axis powers. Its about each country being a person, you COULD say it teaches people a bit about history, but its mainly random as hell and funny. though thats coming from a person whose only 22 episodes in. oh and each episode is about 5 minutes long XD
