It horrible , murder usually is. But we don't need any more "communistic laws" and that is what DO mestic V I O lence laws are, an atempt to get people emotional, not logical and take other people rights away and circumvent due process. We need to go back to common law, if you harm someone, they punish the piss out of you. If you commit murder , death by hanging. But make an accusarion be required to submit a strict standard of proof. If you lie and make a false accusation, you go jail.
