  • this is Russia penne

  • Aw man. Now I'm even more hungry then I was before I watched the video. Damn. But nice tho.

  • Great vid man.... do you have to light the vodka on fire? I have a small kitchen with a range hood...

  • @HST40 No need to light it, it just speeds up the process. The idea is to burn off the alcohol, which can be simmered out, as well. Be careful with open flames though (especially a gas range), it could light itself!

  • do you have to light it on fire, im kind of nervous?

  • Love, Love, Love Penne alla Vodka and especially a man who can cook, no ring I see...;)

  • Try a few slices of fresh mozzarella. Also sliced prosciutto comes out really good in it too.

  • @russianrocket16

Eh, my only problem is sound is....have you watched any other cooking vids on youtube? the sound quality is so atrocious that I welcome the silence of this one haha - plus there's some awkward commentary out there.

  • Add the Vodka Be careful its highly flammable. Of corse it is if you put a ciggerette lighter next to it

  • wont the vodka gets all evaporatated?

  • when or did you add the parsely??

  • Looks great!

  • Looks very good. I must ask why are you using a spatula to stir in a hot pan? Not really the intended use.

  • @nls8520 why not? i use them too because they are non stick and dont scratch my pans or make the annoying noise.

  • @danilove1985 Reason why I don't use them, Spatulas are made of a soft material that is not meant for high heat and can easily melt.

  • @nls8520 mine never melt.

  • gotta add some oil to the panchetta bro

  • @AndrewS1178... Definately wouldn't hurt! Thanks for watching!

  • how many ounces of tomato puree were in each can?

  • @1tcoll Those are 28 oz. cans...Thank you for watching!

  • Do you have to add the meat or can you make the sauce without it?

  • @naudia8584 You can skip the pork and use a few tablespoons of olive oil to cook the onions and garlic if you like...I've done it a few times myself! Thank you for watching!

  • I liked the video but you should put some sound in
