Why I don't go to church? Well, I don't believe in fairy tales, and I think the 'morality' of the bible is simply repulsive. Rape, murder, torture, etc are all things that modern Christians are doing, and the bible says that all of that is acceptable.

You don't need to be in a church to believe. Besides, there are too many denominations of churches...Which one do you go to? Why did you choose that particular one? Who is the judge; god or a pastor? If god truly is a judge then he should only choose one denomination for us. We certainly can't choose for ourselves. If we could, we wouldn't have all the denominations of Christianity, or religion for that matter.

I'm with you on this. I live in a small town and by seeing their actions and hearing their words, I could never go to any of the churches here. The hard part, they judge my wife and I like we are athiest. So they don't want anything to do with us. All I can do is pray for them.

I'm not heckling! Why would I want to raise my children in a church that allows people to be hypocrites and only pretend to be him. You don't need to be in a church to believe. Besides, there are too many denominations of churches...Which one do you go to? Why did you choose that particular one? Who is the judge; god or a pastor? If god truly is a judge then he should only choose one denomination for us. We certainly can't choose for ourselves. If we could, we wouldn't have all the denominations of Christianity, or religion for that matter.
That is my reason.

I'm with you on this. I live in a small town and by seeing their actions and hearing their words, I could never go to any of the churches here. The hard part, they judge my wife and I like we are athiest. So they don't want anything to do with us. All I can do is pray for them.

good video message. If you are a believer but don't go to church, while there probably is a reason for that, the bible is clear "let us not give up the habit of meeting together". There's been many a time when I have had to choose to be part of church even tho I have been disillusioned but now I go to a new frontiers church. I don't know about in the USA but over here they are really good, solid bible based, good on relationships and growing fast. Praps there’s one nr you.

once a leader in a church told me " its better if someones a hypocrite than someone who says everythings OK, because at least they know whats right and whats wrong." they just need to follow.

i don't feel i have to be apart of a church to be in the Lord...i just don't see the point..they aren't preaching the bible in these churches..they're all preaching prosperity...i worship at home and i know i'm more spirit filled than most people that go every sunday....

@Machelle3200 The point of attending a spirit filled church is that it isn't about you its about the whole church. The church is the bride of Christ, it is one body, it cannot exist in seperation. The church needs you in order to function, it needs you to pray for it, it needs you to be there.

Good video but it is still a good idea NOT to go to church, only if you can find one that upholds the Torah which are summed up in the ten commandments which will exclude 99% of churches. For 99% of them break the 10 commandments weekly. aspecially the names of Yahuah and His Son Yahushua and His Sabbath. If you say but this is not important, that proves you dont know HIM. 1John2:3-6; Matthew 7:21-23.

1 Corinthians 5:12-13 "What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. Expel the wicked man from among you."
We are called to judge those inside of the church, if a church is full of hypocrites, it's not something to put up with and brush off saying "don't judge!"
And you cannot use "Whatever you've done to the least of these my brethren, you've done it unto me" to say "don't judge" as we are commanded to judge!

This is an excellent video. Some people just love to come and rain on anything that exhalts Jesus. They are so spiritually dissabled that they cannot understand anything. They say they are so openminded. But thats only if you agree with their point of view. Thanks for posting this video for those who will listen and understand, God bless them. I'm not heckling! Why would I want to raise my children in a church that allows people to be hypocrites and only pretend to be him. I'm very openminded and I'm tired of christians using the bible to condemn and judge others. Maybe they are the one that are spiritually disabled because they can't think outside of what the bible says. The bible teaches that slavory and stoning people is okay in God's eyes. I don't rain on anthing that exhalts Jesus, I rain on hate.

@mammal46 Notice that the people who put Jesus down are fully of envy and deceit, so they try to put something down that they don't understand. It's human nature to rebel, but you should never compromise when it comes to God being your personal savior, he died for humanity so that they could go to heaven and be forgiven. For some reason, Non-Christians like to look at this and put it down. Sad but true, I really feel for them and hope that the truth finds them someday.
