hi everybody . i got tomtom navigator 6 on my htc touch pro that comes with windows mobile 6.1 just like the treo 800w and it works fine . go to the gps settings on your treo and on access box checkin the check box that says manage gps automatically , the tom tom navigator 6 it takes between 30 seconds to a minute to recognize and activate the built in gps antenna and another 15 seconds to get the satellites all the time .
Almost any phone can have sprint navigation (AKA TELENAV). It is all part of a plan from sprint not the phone. even if your pocketpc phone doesn't have gps you can still add sprint navigation or televan or google maps etc...
btw tom tom is one of the best nav application for any pocketpc phone. luv the sprint speedy network.
Yeah, I work at sprint and the EVDO REV-A pwns all other wireless networks. BROADBAND. That's why I want this phone! I thought this phone worked with Sprint Navigation? You should show people that.
Yes, it does. Unfortunately the trial expired by the time I did that video and it's difficult to drive and video tape at the same time. We'll see what we can do.
