its very good, however your playing it too fast, thats tempo is about 120 its meant to be around 90 for the beginning and 110 for the chorus, good job though:)
I love this song, learnt it in a few days. I'm not really a great pianist but i found this quite easy as its repetitive. You play tihs piece beautifully! Good luck in the future =)
Mate I have a music ap on my I phone and it teaches you the stave...it takes tome but it's fun and after a while you will begin to read music...just stick at it....I play it on the bus or Train it's just repitition...I'm learning I giorni by reading the music...it's taking time but my ambition is to play this masterpiece....good job man! Tom
I'm not going to go through Adante with you because people already have, otherwise great playing! There was a few mistakes, especially at the start , when you do D E F sharp with the right hand , on the left hand you finish with a hard D not a soft A
I really want to put a video of me playing this song up. To bad I have no camera and no knowledge of how to go about doing it! What is all this grade stuff? I have never heard of that before seeing as I haven't taken lessons. Oh yeah bro, you need to calm down, really wasn't any feeling.
you need to pay more attention to the balance of your hands. at the beginning the left hand should really be pianissimo and the right hand, mezzo piano in order to bring out the melody.
I think you should be conscious of the left hand, and it's volume. I think in I Giorni it's important to bring out the right hand as the melody, and right now it sounds like the bass (left hand) is coming through too much at the beginning especially.
As i learnt from youtube videos originally, I thought (as it seems a lot of other commenters did) that it should be slower, but the man himself plays it a lot livlier than most of the YouTube players.
don't worry...it's not a problem:) however my name is Luna and your?i'd like to talk to you...because so i learn and improve my english...i hope we became a friends...so if you want i can learn you the italian language.
Tutorial maybe? Haha, fantastic playing. You and I have a lot in common when it comes to our playing, I could never read music and still to this day am unable to.
anyways, I love the piece. Yes, the tempo is a bit fast, but every pianist has their little quirk with playing. It is still an excellent rendition; especially for having learned from primarily watching videos on youtube. Very impressive.
I think it's clear who exactly seems to be the chump in this situation. You must be speaking of a different grade 2, considering Ludovico Einaudi has much more musical competence than a grade 2. Yes, I Giorni is a fairly simple song in comparison to his other compositions, but it is definitely not a grade 2.
It is an absolutly extroadinary piece of music and if youre into classical/piano music, then you will definitly feel how hard it hits you in the heart when you close your eyes and listen. What a beutiful song./ AND I DONT EVEN LIKE CLASSICAL MUSIC! lol
heya wat grade do u think u have to be to play this? i don't learn piano and i don't do grades but i pick up sheet music on piano really quickly. I can play thing like love song and defying gravity on piano=]
I agree that your piano needs tuning but mine has the dodgiest two notes when I play this song! Apart from that, you've inspred me to perfect my performance! I can play all of it now but a few bits are still a little stingey.
This was amazing. I just started teaching myself as well and i cant read music either. The funny thing is i drum too! im guessing that will help with timing. Thanks for posting this!
Just gorgeous. I've just started learning a few pieces by watching people on here too, I don't read music either. You're really good and have certainly given me something to aim for!
I'm going to have a go at learning this because it's so beautiful, thanks very much for posting such a clear view of the keys :-)
hey (: i cant read music either, i learn't this one partly by ear and partly watching a friend play it, have you tried playing le onde by einaudi? Ive been learning other pieces and i still cant read music, one day i am going to make it my aim (: great work though
You're really good :) I can play this too and I do it at around the same speed - in my opinion it is best played at this tempo. I think you're amazing to be able to play this and not even read music! Well done :D
Einaudi music is simplistic in format, but the way he makes the music sound the way it does through the melody and ensuring he uses the correct chords for the job and generally composing this amount emotion into his music takes something more than general talent, according to you, anyone could compose like einaudi, if so, then why arn't people doing so?
Why do people continue to play his music?
Einaudi would never claim to writing complex pieces, he would claim to writing beautiful music.
Thanks man, and well played! I've never been able to read music so this vid is really gonna help me learn this piece coz I can see where you're fingers are going. Keep playing!
Very nice.I too play without reading music.I listen then play and steal with my eyes. I like this video. You have taught me something. Wow this is great, keep it up.
Wow well done dude especially with not being able to read music! I am not that musically gifted but my GF is (she's just started learning this song and I love it!). Just wanted to see actualy how good she was as she always said she was terrible and yeah, you are a fair ammount better! Really nice playing.

Einaudi is NOT a great composer!
His music consists of a the same melodic bass.
He simply plays "piano pop" - the same chords, simply played emotively.
This technique requires NO skill in composing.
The music is just sloppy chords- nothing interesting.
I know this is my opinion, but many people can compose exactly the same as him.
I don't think Einaudi be praised- he doesn't make musc.
Anywayz, nicely played.
