Powerful video! We've often wished we could relocate to another country and claim medical asylum. In the U.S., we've decided as a country that some people deserve to live and others deserve to die, not for anything they have done to earn their fate, but because of how much money they have.

Lack of adequate health care costs us many thousands of American lives per year. Who knows what these people could have contributed to our society if they had affordable access to care?

Glad to see all your work come to fruition slinkerwink. I am a lurker at Kos and see the abuse you take from many when you are only trying to do a call to action. It is difficult for me to understand the opposition as I am Canadian. ;-) If we had your 'health insurance' we would have been out in the street yrs ago. A brain cyst (me)- 2 heart attacks + 3 cancer operations (him).. done IMMEDIATELY. Cost? Nothing!
