The last level of Ikaruga was not even that hard. Level 3 & 4 were far harder :P Anyway, mature should probably be put within " " when it comes to this list. Many of these games are juvenile, not mature, and the deep philosophical questions in Bioshock were not really that deep. Bioshock was a great game, but calling it deep and on a level that only an adult can appreciated is just plain false.
