J.C. Denton was born somewhere around 2030. Paul Denton was born before him. This game takes place in 2027, three years before the birth of the second nano-augmented person ever created. I think the game will start in Detroit where Adam will be put in charge of security of Sarif Industries HQ. Then, there will be a cyber-attack by a hacker in the HQ. Adam Jensen will then be sent in his Osprey lookalike flying transport thingy to Hengshan Road in Shanghai and there the plot will thicken ^_^

I myself think that the civs in this game look like they walked right in from the Renaissance. I get a very 1,400s Italian vibe from all those frills. I personally think it would be awesome if Adam does rescue some fellow employees and his girlfriend at some point. I'm also hoping for a JC reference at some point.

Thanks for this, mate. I didn't mind it, I did find your outtake a bit too pessimistic but honestly, can't say I blame you. I'm a bit skeptical myself, I think some of the things look cool but as a Deus Ex game? I'm not too sure.

I go in with very few hopes, hard to get disappointed that way. I also go in with the prospect that it might turn out to be a decent game, on it's own, but it not make it up to [my] Deus Ex standards.

@0Angel0A Just because you're attracted to retarded faces doesn't make them any less retarded. He'll still look and act differently in game though, the graphics aren't going to be this good, nor will the animation be made the same way.

Glad to see you're still doing this GlobalNode! I was slightly disappointed that the trailer showed so little as well, it was all set up, little substance. Still sceptical, but I wobble between pessimistic and optimistic every time I think about the game.
