Good video. Ignorance is the weapon of the powerful. It keeps the people in check while providing an abundant source of cheap labor to be exploited. I didn't think that institutionalized, systemic ignorance could also be used to blame the poor for their condition. It is a new theme, now played by one of the most visible players in world economics, the World Bank. Why not address the real source of poverty? Economic injustice, colonialism, and the cold war play a role too, right?
